Sea Winds Bungalow - Tierra Del Sol - Aruba

Sea Winds Bungalow is situated in the beautiful Golf Resort "Tierra Del Sol". Whether you are a Golfer or not (we aren't but we bought here anyway), we know you will enjoy the tranquility of this 24 hour Gated Community. You can choose to enjoy the local surroundings and our Private Pool completely on your own at no additional expense, or spend time at the Health Spa, the Resort Pools, the spectacular Tierra Del Sol Restaurant, or the Fitness Center. If a day at one of Aruba's Beaches is what you desire we are just a 15 minute walk to the Sea. Parking at nearby beaches like Boca Catalina or the beautiful Arashi Beach is free, and we provide Beach Towels and Beach Chairs for you so no need to rent at the Beach, This is a location that is very hard to beat. It will become our Retirement Home in a few years, but for now, we really hope you will enjoy your time at Sea Winds Bungalow. Please note only the Main House is available for rent at this time as we have not renovated the additional Guest House as yet.
Ideally situated in the spectacular Gated Community and Golf Resort Tierra Del Sol, with a Championship Course designed by famed Architect Robert Trent Jones II, our Detached Bungalow is in close proximity to Snorkelling Paradise Boca Catalina Bay and the beautiful White Sands of Arashi Beach. More peaceful than the Palm Beach and Eagle Beach areas which are a short drive away.

Our home features a King-Size Bed in the Primary Bedroom and a Converted King-Size Bed in the Second Bedroom, but with sufficient advance notice the "Converted King" can be split into two Single Beds.

Having operated a successful Bed and Breakfast in Toronto for 22 years (feel free to search A Seaton Dream Bed and Breakfast to read the reviews), we wanted to extend our knowledge of what makes guests happy to Aruba. We understand you want this to feel like it is “your home”, and that is how we have designed it.

When planning our renovation, we focussed on what we would want, rather than planning a “guest resort”. There is distinction in terms of the decisions one makes when looking at it from this perspective. From the Brand-New Stainless-Steel Door-In-Door Refrigerator to the Wall Oven that is also an Air Fryer, to the Wine Cooler, everything is “top of the line”. The Granite Counters and huge Kitchen Island are a site to behold. In 2024 we replaced all of the windows in the home.

Honesty is paramount to guest happiness, so we feel it is important to tell you what is not “new” at this time. In the two bathrooms we have put new tiles on the floors and installed new toilets, and everything else is clean and works perfectly, but we feel the look is a bit “dated”. Similarly, we love our Back Garden and Private Pool, but ultimately want to completely modernize it.
