This spectacular private villa is located in the gated and upscale residential area of Tierra del Sol. It is fully air-conditioned and has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, an open living room, and a dining area that can be seen from the kitchen which includes all amenities like tableware and cookware. The villa is fully equipped with all linens and plenty of towels. There is a large porch and a nice large garden with a private swimming pool with a gas grill so you can enjoy a family BBQ day or night. Beach towels and beach chairs along with a cooler are provided for your use as well. The high-rise hotels with shopping malls, restaurants, cinemas, and casinos are only within 5 minute drive.

The villa was great. It has a very homey feel, you can tell the owners take great care of it. Love the assortment of books to read. The pool was perfect. The communication with the agency/management team was excellent. Will definitely go back to this home. It's in a perfect location, tucked away in a gated community.

House and grounds very clean and nicely decorated. Had a small issue with a cabinet door and was taken care of in hours. Outdoor area around pool was an excellent entertainment area with lots of seating and tables. Pool was clean and plenty large enough for our needs. Recommend this property.

Great house

Terra del sol may seem out of the area of Palm Beach but is really a very short drive away. We went to dinner many nights and stopped in the casinos. Having the private pool was most outstanding We will be back

We LOVE this property!! LOVE the pool, backyard, and the house is perfect. We have stayed in 8 properties and 3 hotels and this is our favorite. Everything we needed was there and management was so kind and helpful. See you next year!

Great stay!

This rental was even nicer than the pictures looked and it had EVERYTHING you could possibly need! Pool floaters, snorkel equipment, cooler, beach chairs, tons of towels for beach and pool, fantastic hair dryers, EVERY kitchen tool and dish and glass you could ever need (could only use a few extra forks). We were very pleased. Only a few very small deficits - for some reason the main bathroom smelled for sewer (we suspected perhaps a dried out or possibly cracked toilet seal?) so we kept the door closed, the bed in primary bedroom was very firm, and we would have liked a light above the table in the back yard. We spent a great deal of time outside in the evening and it was difficult dining or playing games without good lighting over the table. All in all though a very lovely home and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I would add that the Tierra del Sol neighbourhood was beautiful, well kept and very secure. We very much enjoyed golfing the course there - the burrowing owls in the sand traps and goats on the course were a hoot!. The gate attendants were fantastic - so much fun!
