Oversized, huge one bedroom studio with large, glassed walk-in shower. Excellent for single or double occupancy. Ideal for singles or couples that do not want to be part of the hotel crowd and want all the amenities of home in a deluxe Aruba neighbourhood that is safe, quiet and very comfortable yet, really close to the restaurants and beaches.

Our beautiful studio is located in a private home with separate entrance and secured locked entrance from the rest of the home. The home is located a short five minute walk to the Ritz Carlton Hotel and the Palm Beach area. Wind and kite surfing school is very close beside the Ritz Carlton. Lots of parking is available on the beach. A car is not essential, but certainly beneficial. You will want to traverse the island and visit all the beaches that are closeby (Malmok, Boca Catalina, Arashi and my favourite, Eagle Beach (ten minute drive). The lighthouse, Tierra del Sol Golf course, Aruba Tennis and Racquet Club (in the same neigbourhood) and Alto Vista Church are short distances away.

Fitness memberships are available at both the Aruba Tennis and Racquet Club and Tierra del Sol Golf Course and spa at additional costs.

The bedroom has a king size bed with quilted pillowtop mattress and 400 thread count sheets and custom designed drapes and comforter. The floor has travertine tiles and shutters that open on to the expansive travertine wrap around deck. The dining area is directly outside of the bedroom accomodations.
There is a large invertor style air conditioner that services the studio.

The bathroom has two large side-by-side mirrored vanities. The huge oversized walk-in shower is a delight. Floor to ceiling luxurious travertine tiles.

There is a convenient grocery store, Ting Wei walking distance from the unit. The larger grocery stores, Ling & Sons and Super Foods are ten minute driving distance away.
There is currently 2 restaurants located at the Aruba Tennis club, a short 3 min walk from the house.

There is a full size large bar refrigerator, coffee machine, microwave ,toaster oven and plates and cutlery for cooking all your meals. There is a teak dining table and chairs for eating outdoors. Full use of the bbq . There is an outdoor covered patio with new outdoor cooking facilities, including four burner propane stove top, large 6' stainless prep area and stainless sink and faucet. There is a free standing large convection oven that can cook up to two 10" pizzas.

There is a 58” television with Netflix (need to login with your account) in the unit and digital cable. There is free unlimited internet both inside and outside of the studio.

There is an umbrella for hanging wet beach towels in the yard…lots of Aruba sun and wind for drying.

The unit is extremely clean and well maintained. The hosts, Dave and Anita are very clean, quiet and attentive hosts. They are on the island for six months of the year and are able to answer any questions about the island for you. They own and manage units on the island and are very knowledgeable.

There is a pool located at the house as well loungers and chairs for your use. The pool and deck area are shared with the main house apt.

You will be provided with two beach chairs and a cooler for you to go to the beach.

We can offer recommendations for car rental companies and recommendations for restaurants. Welcome package with info will be provided upon booking.

There is parking at the house for you. There is room if you wish to rent a bicycle or ATV also. Bicycle rentals are located in front of the Marriott Stellaris Hotel which is beside the Ritz Carlton.

Lots of watersport activiites to do while visiting the island including jet skiing, parasailing, wind and kite surfing, catamaran rides, snorkeling, diving, glass bottom boat trips, etc. They have sky diving very close by the condo. Also horseback riding nearby.

This apartment offers its guests barbecue grills and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
