Dear holiday guests,
I would very much like to welcome you to my house, which was built in 1965 in the north of Neustadt.
The property is a 3-minute drive from Norddeich and its beach and 5 minutes from downtown North. Both are very easy to reach by bike.

Shops can be easily reached on foot in the immediate vicinity.
The apartment is located on the top floor of the house. You are welcome to use the terrace belonging to the house.

The very bright apartment consists of a living room with adjacent compact kitchen and a shower with toilet.

A coffee machine, a toaster, a microwave are also available, as is a small mini oven, dishes, glasses, etc.
Bath and hand towels, bed linen and a hair dryer are provided.

In the garden there is a terrace with seating, 2 loungers and a grill.

The house is in a quiet location. Your vehicle can be parked on the street in front of the house.
During your stay at this apartment building, you'll be within walking distance of Old City Hall. A kitchenette and a TV are available in the apartment.

Wunderbare Unterkunft

Tolle und hübsche Unterkunft, prima ausgestattet mit kleinem Backofen, Microwelle und Föhn zum normalen Equipment. Ruhig gelegen mit Gartennutzung und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. In 30 Minuten ist der Kurpark Norddeich fußläufig erreichbar. Mit dem Bus oder Rad natürlich schneller.Vielen Dank für die herzliche Betreuung von Frau Bruns

10 Tage die wir uns sehr gut Erholen konnten. Die Wohnung sehr klein, jedoch für 2 Personen völlig ausreichend. Sehr Sauber,gute Lage und alles was man braucht vorhanden. Nette Vermieter. Gerne wieder.

Den Unterkunft war genau das was es verspricht, ein süße gemütliche Wohnung wo alles ist was man so braucht für ne Woche oder 2 Aufenthalt. Sehr ruhig und zentral. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, nah am Innenstadt und Strand. Die Gastgeberin war auch total freundlich. 5 von 5 sterne, wirklich weiter zu empfehlen.

Kurze Auszeit am Meer

Die Ferienwohnung ist super gemütlich, sie ist ruhig gelegen und dennoch erreicht man alles was das Herz begehrt in kürzester Zeit. Die Gastgeberin Frau Bruns ist ein herzensguter Mensch und sie tut wirklich alles dafür das sich ihre Gäste wohlfühlen! Ein sehr sehr schöner Aufenthalt! Hier würde ich noch mal Urlaub machen! Süßes, funktionales Appartment

Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und immer gut erreichbar. Wir hatten immer erntefrische Tomaten aus dem Garten. Auch ohne Auto ganz gut angebunden. Fahrradverleih 10 min entfernt, Busstation 4-5min. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Die Wohnung ist funktional ausgestattet, man fühlt such wohl.
