Unschlagbare Lage

Die Lage der Wohnung ist einfach unschlagbar: Nur ein paar Meter und man steht schon oben auf dem Deich und hat einen herrlichen Blick hinunter aufs Meer/Watt. Auch bis zum Bäcker, Kiosk, Geschäfte, zu den nächsten Restaurants, Eisdiele oder zum Kurpark ist es nicht weit, nur wenige Gehminuten. Die Wohnung ist hell, macht einen freundlichen Eindruck und auch die Einrichtung/Ausstattung ist ok. Ein paar Wünsche bleiben allerdings offen, unter anderem gibt es keine Spülmaschine. Und das zweite Schlafzimmer ist leider sehr auf "Kinder" ausgerichtet und nicht wirklich dafür vorgesehen, dass hier auch weitere Erwachsene schlafen (Etagenbett so niedrig, dass nur kleine Kinder bequem rein- und rauskrabbeln können, Matratze sehr dünn und wohl nur für Kindergewicht ausgelegt, keine Leselampe/Steckdose am Bett, usw.). Auch die Terrasse könnte gemütlicher sein, aber egal - es gibt eine. Was ich keinesfalls verschweigen will, ist das Thema Sauberkeit - diese ließ bei unserer Ankunft doch zu wünschen übrig, da muss man mehrere Augen zudrücken, inbesondere im Bad (WC). Alles in allem würden wir die Wohnung wieder buchen - auch mit den beschriebenen "Mängeln".
