Summer getaway

The apartment is very spacious, well equipped and clean. The overall stay was pleasant however it was a bit odd that I did not get any mail prior to check in. We still have to call the owner. But at least it was quick.

Checkin Procedere nur auf Nachfrage, dann aber schnell. Im Zimmer Bettlaken löchrig, Küche mit stehendem Wasser am Boden vor dem Kühlschrank. Restliches Zimmer von der Sauberkeit okay. Zwei Zimmertüren, die vermutlich in Nachbarwohnung und Garage führen, sind verschlossen, vermitteln kein hohes Sicherheitsgefühl. Bushaltestellen nahe (Mittelmarkt und Gymnasium).

Grundsätzlich eine gute Wohnung für den Preis. Allerdings mit einigen Einschränkungen. Der Wasserkocher schmiss jedes Mal die Sicherung raus, daher kochte wir Teewasser mit dem Topf. Auch kein Problem. Leider passte der Stöpsel für die Spüle nicht in den Abfluss, sodass wir unter fließendem Wasser spülen mussten, ds wir für 4 Teller nicht die vorhandene Spülmaschine nutzen wollten. Ansonsten war es eine nette Altbauwohnung mit hohen Decken und Holzboden. Etwas hellhörig aber zum schlafen ok.

Alles in allem eine schöne Wohnung mit tollem Altbaucharme. An einigen Stellen sieht man schon Abnutzungen an den Möbeln, was uns aber nicht weiter gestört hat. Ein Föhn in der Wohnung wäre toll gewesen.

Kein Wlan,wie angekündigt.Kaputte und nicht vorhandene Verdunklungsvorhänge.Kaputte Deckenlampen in den Schlafzimmern. Viele abgeschlossene Türen in der Wohnung, die nicht dicht sind. Licht und Kälte koomen dadurch. Minibackofen in der Küche reif für den Schrott.Geschirr nicht richtig sauber. Küche sonst ok.Badezimmer gut und sauber. Pluspunkte: unkomplizierter Check-In durch Schlüsselkasten/Code. Betten waren bei Ankunft bezogen, Bettzeug inklusive. Genügend Handtücher für alle Gäste (wir waren zu Fünft) waren ebenfalls inklusive. Vermietung war telefonisch sofort zu erreichen und beantwortete sehr freundlich alle Fragen. Kleine Küche, mit allen notwendigen Dingen ausgestattet (zwei Kochplatten, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Wasserkocher, etc.). Terrasse vom Wohnzimmer aus zu betreten. Minuspunkte: Kronleuchter in jedem Zimmer waren voll Spinnweben. Auch in den Zimmerecken war nicht wirklich geputzt worden. Zimmer lassen sich nicht abdunkeln, da die Vorhänge nicht breit genug sind. Darüberhinaus, hängen die Vorhangstangen durch und sind teilweise schief angebracht. Nur 3 Terrassenstühle waren nutzbar, restliche lagen kaputt auf der Terrasse. Es fehlen ein paar Kleinigkeiten wie Bilder, Deko, Teppiche o.ä. um es gemütlich zu machen. So war zwar alles zweckmäßig eingerichtet, wirkte aber etwas lieblos.

Die Unterkunft war schlecht beschrieben.Keine Möglichkeiten zusammen auf der couch zu sitzen.Matrazen warten durch gelegen . Fenster waren undicht.Vorhänge waren zu kurz.man hatte keine Möglichkeit die Zimmer abzudunkeln.Es waren nur 2 Sektgläser,4-5Weingläser und 1 normales Glas vorhanden. Es war alles voller Spinnweben,def Backofen war sehr dreckig und der Mülleimer war sehr dreckig und Stank.Es gab keine Möglichkeit mal was Zusammen zu kehren. Es gab keine Kehrschaufel.Die Wohnung ist renovierungs bedürftig .nicht zu empfehlen

Preis war ok, für das, was man bekommen hat. Es war aber alles ziemlich heruntergekommen und die Fenster waren so dünn, dass man wirklich alles von draußen gehört hat. Die Einrichtung war relativ modern, aber insgesamt war die Unterkunft nicht wirklich sauber. Es gab 1 Glas in der Küche, der Mülleimer war sehr sehr dreckig, den kann man eig für wenig Geld erneuern. Das zweite Zimmer war so klein und eng, dass nicht einmal ein reisebett reingepasst hat, somit musste unser Sohn im großen Zimmer schlafen, wo auch der Fernseher und alles war.

Die Unterkunft liegt direkt im Stadtzentrum und es gibt sehr gute Parkmöglichkeiten. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und befindet sich in einer schönen alten Villa. Leider haben wir keine Mail erhalten für den Code des Schlüsseltresors und bei der Mobilnummer hat keiner angenommen/zurückgerufen. Die Wohnung ist leider nicht "liebevoll" gepflegt/ausgestattet und die Sauberkeit geht so!

Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und die Lage am Park in Nähe der Fussgängerzone. Die Terasse ist sehr schön. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist einfach aber gepflegt. Der Altbau hat seinen Charme. Tolle, völlig ausreichende Ferienwohnung. Wir waren nur für 2 Nächte dort. Preisleistung völlig ok! Natürlich gab es kleine Mängel, sowie die Nachtischlampe, die aus der Wand viel, oder eine Leiste die locker war. Aber da kann man drüber hinweg sehen.

Herrlicher Kurztripp

die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral in Norden und es ist, auch zu Fuß, nicht weit zum Strand nach Norddeich, eine Stunde zu Fuß wir hatten Glück mit dem Wetter, herrliche Luft und viel Spaziergang Sehenswert ist auch die Seehundstation Alles in allem war es ein super Kurztripp
