Ich war positiv über diese Unterkunft überrascht. Ich hatte nicht damit gerechnet, wie schön und nicht hausbacken alles eingerichtet ist und alles sehr sauber. Ok, Spülmaschine gibt es nicht, brauchte ich aber auch nicht als Alleinreisende mit Hund. WLAN wäre super, ansonsten gibt es nichts zu meckern. Immer wieder gern, wenn Norddeich angesagt ist.

Die Lage des Apartments ist sehr gut. Leider war der Zustand der Unterkunft bei Ankunft enttäuschend: Der Balkon war stark verschmutzt, die Oberfläche des Tisches blätterte, und die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig. Unter den Sitzpolstern lagen Hundehaare und Krümel, selbst auf der Couchgarnitur und der Kaffeemaschine fanden sich Haare.Ich meldete die Mängel am Dienstag. Noch am selben Tag wurde die Couch gesaugt und die fleckigen Kissenbezüge gewaschen. Die Balkonauflagen erhielt ich erst am Donnerstag. Das Bett wurde am Dienstag vom Hausmeister repariert. Der schmutzige Pfannenwender wurde zwar mitgenommen, aber nicht ersetzt – auch nicht bis zur Abreise.Die Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption war freundlich, aber es gab weder eine Entschuldigung noch eine Entschädigung.Fazit: Gute Lage, aber erhebliche Mängel bei Sauberkeit und Service. Schade, denn das Apartment hätte Potenzial.

Sehr gute Lage, einfache Ausstattung

Die Wohnung liegt wunderbar zentral. Der Kontakt war absolut reibungslos und sehr freundlich. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr einfach ausgestattet, leider fehlen Basics wie z.B. Teekanne. Das Bad ist sehr klein.

Die Einrichtung ist abgenutzt. Sofa und Sessel sind durchgesessen. Fenster sind dreckig. Kein Wasserdruck auf den Leitungen. Decke und Kopfkissen müssen dringend erneuert werden. Sicherheitsnadel am Reißverschluss vom Kopfkissen geht garnicht. Schöne kleine Wohnung nur leider nichts daraus gemacht. Das Einzige was super war war die Lage der Wohnung.

Schöne FEWO mit sehr schönem Dachbalkon. Die Ausstattung ist nur leider etwas in 'die Jahre' gekommen und hier und da, wäre Einiges renovierungsbedürftig. Aber ansonsten empfehenswert , da auch sehr zentral gelegen.

Kleine Dachgeschoss Wohnung, Ist wirklich nur für Single oder mind. 2 Personen geschaffen. Leider gab es keine Rollos auf der Sonnenseite. Das Rollo im Wohnzimmer gerade zu war schon bei Einzug defekt. Da schien die Sonne nachmittags voll drauf. So das die Wohnung sich mehr aufwärmte als nötig. Sonst ist die Wohnung so gut gewesen. Paar Pflanzen auf der Dachterrasse wäre noch schön gewesen. Sonst war alles da , Herd mit Kochfeld, Wasserkocher, Eierkocher, sowie Mikrowelle waren vorhanden

Kleines, aber feines Apartment. Alles vorhanden was man braucht. Nett eingerichtet. Matratzen waren gut. Wohnung ist für Menschen ab 1,80 nicht geeignet, wegen Schrägen. Bad ist sehr eng, Tür schlägt ans Waschbecken beim Öffnen. Schlafzimmerschrank sehr unglücklich positioniert. Direkt am Bett, kleiner Balance Akt um herumkommen. Eine Tür lässt sich nicht öffnen. Leider lassen sich Dachfenster im Schlafzimmer und Bad nicht öffnen. Daher lüften nur im Wohnraum. Trotzdem würde ich alleine es mi

Lage schön....aber.....!

Unterkunft leider nicht so schön, die Couch plus Kissen total verlebt wie vom Speermüll, in der Wohnung permanenter Fischgeruch die gesamte Zeit Herd noch verdreckt, sehr billige Schaumstoffmatratzen, der Schrank darin konnte nur zu einer Seite geöffnet werden, weil zu eng. Balkon war groß, jedoch das Plastikinventar abgelebt. Würde die Wohnung in diesem Zustand nicht weiter empfehlen. Normal müsste es ein Aushängeschild sein, da das Büro von Interhome unten im Hause ist. Leider nicht so.
