Just arrive and feel good: between the sky and the sea ... In our light-flooded, modern apartment in the immediate vicinity of the marina, you can forget everyday life, relax and really take more (sea) time for yourself, because everything is taken care of.
The approx. 60 m. Large apartment for a maximum of four people from 2015 impresses with its modern elegance and very high quality equipment. The apartment on the 1st The upper floor has an open living and dining area, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a balcony.
In the larger bedroom, the "master bedroom" there is a double bed (1.80 mx 2.00 m) with high quality mattresses, two bedside tables, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers as well as a TV (Grundig); everything in white.
In the smaller bedroom, the "children's room", there are two separate beds (each 0.80 mx 2.00 m) with high-quality mattresses, a chest of drawers - above which a TV with DVD drive (31.5 ") is attached - and a wardrobe , The beds and furniture are white.
All mattresses in the bedrooms of our apartment have an allergy protection cover (encasing). Of course, we did not use down on our bedding. Everything for a healthy sleep for you and your loved ones.
The bathroom has a barrier-free glass shower, a towel dryer and an illuminated mirror cabinet. The hair dryer hangs ready to hand next to the sink.
In the living area you can make yourself comfortable on our high-quality couch or one of the two armchairs with a cappuccino from Tchibo Cafissimo, listen to music (Pioneer stereo), watch TV (Samsung 40 ") or watch a film (Blu-RayPlayer Sony). Free WiFi is available, and a selection of books and board games are also available.
The kitchen area is well equipped: fridge with freezer compartment, stove with oven (if you feel like it, e.g. B. preparing a lasagna or even baking cakes: no problem - baking dish, hand mixer and baking tins are available); a microwave and of course a dishwasher. Don't feel like going out to buy rolls: Then start the morning with coffee or tea, a breakfast egg and hot toast (filter coffee machine, toaster, water and egg cooker from WMF).
On the balcony you can enjoy a glass of wine in the evening in our cozy balcony armchairs. If the sun shines too much for you during the day, there is an electric awning with wind sensor.
All rooms in the apartment have underfloor heating. There are electric shutters on all windows and balcony doors; Fly screens are in front of the bedroom windows (in the master bedroom in front of both wings) and in front of the bathroom window. A washer dryer (Siemens) and a clothes horse are of course also available for you to use free of charge.
In our outdoor storage room no. 14, sky and sea, which has a socket, you have two shopping bikes (men's and women's bikes with a basket) and a handcart free of charge.
Spa contributions are calculated separately. Smoking and bringing animals are not allowed in our apartment. The house has its own children's playground on the property.
