Thanks to its detached location in a quiet side street north dike, you are not touched by the tourist bustle. In just ten minutes walk from the north dike and you can dangle your soul here. At the same time, it is still only a few minutes to Dörper way.
The apartment
The apartment on the upper floor of the house is comfortable and comfortably furnished and offers everything that two people need for a perfect holiday. Living, cooking and dining areas are open plan on a space, so you can find everything in one place. The living area is comfortable with its couch corner and ideal for common TV evening. In a few steps you can enjoy access to the spacious balcony with integrated seating area. Thanks to the south-west orientation, you can sit outside on sunny sunny days for a long time and let the day fade away.
The kitchenette is compact, the seating area for eating your meals is directly connected. In the kitchen you will find everything you need to prepare your meals. Facilities include a hob with oven, coffee maker, pod machine, fridge, microwave and dishwasher. You will also find here toaster, egg cooker, blender and of course enough dishes, glasses and cutlery.
The bedroom is equipped with a double bed 140 x 200 m with full-length mattress. There is a small closet for your clothes available here. Nevertheless, there is no lack of storage space: In the living area there is a practical closet, in which your remaining wardrobe and other utensils can fit.
The bathroom has a shower, a toilet and a washing combination with mirror. The washing machine in the communal laundry room of the house is also at your disposal.
The apartment can be partially covered with pleats or curtains. In the living area are partially shutters available.
In the house Ekke Nekkepenn pets are welcome. Eating and drinking bowls are available.

House Rules / Prices:
Service fee
Each booking plus a one-time service fee i. H. from 70,00 Euro per stay. The service fee includes the final cleaning and the arrival / departure at the apartment.
Wäschepaket

Our laundry package consists of bed linen, towels and shower mat, tea towels and a service set (Toi paper, dishwasher tablets, trash bags, dishwashing brush, rags and other little helpers for the carefree start of your holiday.
The beds are already made upon arrival. We are happy to provide you with bed linen and enough hand and bath towels.
For each registered person a fee of 13,00 Euro will be charged.

Your dog does not have to stay home alone, because he is welcome in this apartment. The fee for the dog is 10.00 € per night.

Further, on request for separate calculation directly with the landlord bookable services:
