The loft-like living area with an open luxury kitchen of the "Bulthaupt" brand is particularly emphasized by a representative room layout, absolutely high-quality interior and large window elements. The open beams connected with the designer staircase to the pointed floor exert a very special charm. In the combined cooking, living and dining area, couch, armchair and table with chairs invite you to linger. The balcony is also accessible from there.
The selected parquet floors made of walnut wood with continuous underfloor heating and the modern fireplace provide a comfortable atmosphere in every season.

Bedroom 1
The bedroom has a high double bed with separate mattresses and a large flat screen TV. A closet offers enough space for your wardrobe. On the other side is a pull-out bed, so parents and children can spend the night there.
Bedroom 2
A flat room under the gable has a mattress storage. With a view of the stars, the kids can also sleep there. This area can be reached via a ladder. (At your own risk)
kitchen
"Bulthaupt" luxury kitchen. The equipment includes: oven, stove, coffee machine, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, dishes, glasses, cups etc. The kitchenette with dining table is in the living-dining room.

bathroom
Modern bathroom with shower, toilet, wash combination with large mirror, hair dryer. The washing machine dryer combi device is also there in the bathroom. A Velux window can be opened and shaded by remote control.

outdoors
On sunny and warm days, enjoy the balcony facing west, with a view of the dike.

This elegant yet cozy penthouse apartment in the heart of the north dike provides exclusive living flair - even during the holiday season. The apartment offers a loft-like, spacious living area that combines functionality and luxury in an appealing way. Living and dining areas are deliberately designed comfortably. The exclusive fitted kitchen of the "Bulthaupt" brand rounds off the representative open design of the loft. The parquet floor made of walnut wood is particularly exclusive and also has a very luxurious character. The wide window front ensures perfect incidence of light. Thanks to the modern floor heating, comfort is guaranteed in every season. In addition, the apartment also has a fireplace, which can be used to quickly light a warming fire in bad weather.
Two people can be accommodated in the spacious master bedroom with the high double bed. Like the living area, this room is equipped with a modern flat TV. A child can also find an additional night's sleep in an additional bed. In addition, the loft has a developed pointed gable, in which there is an unconventional mattress storage - ideal for older children who would like to look out into the starry sky.

House Rules / Prices:
Service fee
Each booking plus a one-time service fee i. H. 95.00 euros per stay. The service fee includes the final cleaning of the apartment. If you would like to carry out the final cleaning yourself, this flat rate is not applicable. H. 95.00 euros.
Wäschepaket
Our laundry package consists of bed linen, towels and shower rugs, dish towels and a service set (Toi paper, dishwasher tabs, garbage bags, dish brush, cleaning rags and other small helpers for the carefree start of your vacation.
The beds are already made upon arrival. We would be happy to provide you with bed linen and enough hand and bath towels.
A cost contribution of EUR 13.00 will be charged for each person registered.

Prices apply to the occupancy of 2 people, each additional person from 6 years 5.00 additional per day.
