The entire apartment has shutters and pleated blinds on all windows, so that daytime privacy is guaranteed and enough light enters the apartment. Living / dining area
Come in, feel good - the combined open, light-flooded, modern living / dining area is on the ground floor of the apartment. The large couch offers enough space for leisurely breaks. From here you can follow your desired program on the large 42 ”flat screen TV with HMDI satellite receiver and Blue Ray player. A CD player with radio (I-Pod docking station) is also provided for music enjoyment.
At the large dining table (a real one-off made of solid wood), up to six people can sit on the comfortable chairs. From the living / dining area you can go directly to your own spacious sun garden terrace.
Bedroom 1
In the spacious sleeping area on the 1st Floor can be found in a beautiful large bed (1.80x2.00m) with separate mattresses for restful sleep. You can also watch your desired program from the bed on a 32 “Smart TV. In the large wardrobe with hangers and in a chest of drawers there is enough space for your wardrobe. Two bedside tables with LED lamps and a clock radio round off the overall picture. A cot is also in the room.

The second, somewhat smaller bedroom is also right next to it, with a large bed (1.60 x 2.00 m), a chest of drawers, two bedside tables with LED lamps, digital radio alarm clock and a 32 "Smart TV with DVD player.
kitchen
The modern fitted kitchen is equipped with a self-sufficient ceramic hob with extractor hood, microwave-baking combination, dishwasher, large fridge, coffee pad machine, coffee filter machine, kettle, toaster, electric egg cooker, pots and pans. Of course, there are enough dishes, glasses, mugs, cups and other kitchen utensils.

In the newly designed bathroom on the upper floor you will find a walk-in glass shower, toilet, towel dryer, washing combo with lots of storage space, mirror cabinet with lighting, small make-up mirror and hairdryer.

Your bicycles can be found in the garage (e-bikes can be charged). Of course, a handcart is provided in the garage. A vehicle can also be parked directly in front of the garage.

Your dog does not have to stay at home alone, because he is welcome in this apartment. At the beginning of his stay there is a little surprise for him. The fee for the dog is € 10.00 per night.

In a few minutes you can easily reach the highlights of this beautiful region, regardless of whether you spend a day on the beach, pay a visit to the seal breeding station or bathe to your heart's content in the ocean wave. Shops, bakeries and restaurants are also within walking distance.
Your vacation home has been furnished in a modern style with great attention to detail. The centerpiece is the spacious living, dining and cooking area. Warm, friendly colors create a real feel-good atmosphere here. In the evening, you can follow your desired program from the cozy living area on the modern 42-inch flat-screen TV with HMDI satellite receiver and Blue-Ray player. There is also a CD player with radio (I-Pod docking station) for unlimited music enjoyment. A W-LAN connection completes the exclusive offer.
The apartment has two comfortably furnished bedrooms. Both were also equipped with modern flat TVs. There are also two bathrooms available, one of which has been completely redesigned and equipped with a comfortable walk-in glass shower.
Another special highlight is the spacious terrace, where you can end the perfect vacation day in the cozy lounge furniture.

Our laundry package consists of bed linen, towels and shower rugs, dish towels and a service set (Toi paper, dishwasher tabs, garbage bags, dish brush, cleaning rags and other small helpers for the carefree start of your vacation.
The beds are already made upon arrival. We would be happy to provide you with bed linen and enough hand and bath towels.
A cost contribution of EUR 13.00 will be charged for each person registered.
