Beautiful apartment house. In the resort 1 km from the centre of Norddeich, 500 m from the sea, 1 km from the beach. In the house: storage room for bicycles, central heating system. Nie wieder Interhome

Es handelt sich um die Fewo Westerriede in Norden-Norddeich, Molenstr. 1d, die von Interhome vermietet wird. Als wir Dienstags in Norden-Norddeich ankamen und den Schlüssel für unsere Wohnung abholten wollten wir als Ehepaar in die Filiale gehen um die Formalitäten zu erledigen. Die Dame an der Rezeption schlug mir gegenüber einen barschen Ton an ich soll wieder raus gehen es dürfe nur eine Person in die Filiale. Leider war dies von unserer Seite aus nicht ersichtlich. Als wir dann in der Wohnung ankamen, sah die Wohnung auf den ersten Blick ganz passabel aus. Auf den zweiten Blick im Badezimmer war das schon wieder ganz anders. Die Duschkabine ist nicht nur verkalkt sondern auch massiv von innen am unteren Rand von vorne bis hinten verschimmelt. Als wir uns dann auf der Terrasse von der Fahrt ausruhen wollten die nächste Überraschung. Die Möbel waren nur in einer Ecke zusammengeschmissen worden sie waren nicht abgewaschen und standen lieblos in der Ecke aufeinandergestapelt herum. Dies zieht sich so durch die ganze Wohnung. Der Teppich im Essbereich ist voll mit Flecken. Das Backblech und den Eierkocher mussten wir erst mal sauber machen vor der Benutzung. Die Eingangstür ist von beiden Seiten noch verstaubt wo sie wohl mal abgeschnitten wurde. Das Besteck ist zu wenig, die Spülmaschine hatte kein Salz mehr drin, das mussten wir dann erst mal besorgen, die Fenster sind von innen schmutzig, Spinnweben ja mein Gott die gibt es überall die haben wir mit dem Sauger weggemacht. Als ich meine Haare aus der Dusche und dem Waschbeckenstöpsel entfernen wollte habe ich fast reingebrochen. Beide Stöpsel sind schwarz weil sie wohl nie gereinigt werden. Das Beste kommt zum Schluss: in der ganzen Wohnung gibt es Kellerasseln auf die man dann im Dunkeln drauftritt. Unsere Ausbeute am Abend, zwei im Wohnzimmer letzten Nacht beim Toilettengang 3 Stück nur im Badezimmer. Wir haben uns jetzt mehrfach bei Interhome beschwert und warten immer noch drauf dass etwas passiert. Die Wohnung ist vom Schnitt und der Lage Ideal um sich wohl zu fühlen. Sie ist Ideal gelegen der Bäcker ist fast um die Ecke, der Strand, der Hafen und die Restaurants sind in kurzer Zeit zu Fuß zu erreichen. Mit dem Fahrrad kann man wunderbare Radtouren machen. Die Bahn hat uns nicht gestört, manche Straße ist lauter. Es ist sehr schade dass die Wohnung so verkommt und es Interhome nicht interessiert wenn man sich beschwert. Die Wohnung Osterriede nebenan war genauso verschmutzt.

Moderne, hübsche Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung liegt super praktisch in der Nähe zum Hafen/Deich und zum Bäcker bzw. verschiedenen Gastronomieangeboten. Dass wenige Meter hinter dem Haus die Bahnlinie verläuft, davon haben wir in der ganzen Zeit nichts mitbekommen - war aber nun auch kalt draußen und wir haben nicht auf der Terasse (von Bahnlinie abgewandte Seite) gesessen. Die Wohnung an sich ist hübsch eingerichtet und macht einen moderenen und aufgeräumten Eindruck. Für uns als Päarchen ideal, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Zentral gelegen - relativ ruhig - die Bahn hört man kaum - sehr gut eingerichtet - das Sofa hat eine angenehme Sitzhöhe
