Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,hiermit möchte ich zu der o.g. Wohnung Stellung nehmen, ich habe die Reise für 1 Pers. gebucht, und nicht für 3 und füge Ihnen einige Fotos bei.Ich war sehr unzufrieden und bitte Sie, sich diese mal persönlich anzuschauen.Alles Teppiche (incl. Hausflur) sehr verdreckst und veraltet. Ich habe eine Stauballergie und habe ständig Husten müssen und große Probleme in der Woche mit meiner Atmung. Die Spiegellampen defekt und die Sitzmöbel ebenfalls schmutzig und fleckig.Eingangstüre (zur Wohnung) würde nur mit einem Steckschloss versehen und ich hatte jedes mal Schwierigkeiten diese zu öffnen.Fenster mega verschmutzt und defekt!Wie gesagt, ich war sehr unzufrieden und diese Wohnung ist sehr schlecht und überteuert, nicht mehr zeitgemäß, alles alt und verkommen.Ich bitte um Stellungnahme!Mit freundlichen GrüßenElke Beckmann

Schnelle und freundliche Kommunikation, gute Erreichbarkeit. Die Lage ist perfekt - die Wohnung liegt in der Innenstadt und nur wenige Gehminuten vom Badestrand entfernt. Die Einrichtung wirkt wie aus der Zeit gefallen und hat uns wenig angesprochen. Auch wären neue Tapeten toll - über die Wände ziehen sich Risse. Der Warmwasserboiler hat ein geringes Fassungsvermögen, sodass wir meistens lauwarm geduscht haben. Wegen der tollen Lage konnten wir darüber hinwegsehen.

Tolle Lage!

Die Wohnung hat uns vorallem durch ihre Lage überzeugt, man ist sofort am Strand, in der Einkaufsstraße und beim Badehaus. Auch der Check-in war super, wir konnten schon eher in die Wohnung, was viel Stress verhinderte. Wir hätten gerne noch eine Info bekommen, wie wir auschecken sollen, vielleicht könnte man das noch in eine Mail schreiben. Ansonsten super für das kurze Wochenende gewesen.
