A beautiful place to vacation

We very much enjoyed our stay at Casa Luz in Nordeste. House is very clean and comfortably furnished. The view from the house is spectacular. Property manager kept us well informed and all communication was straightforward.

Gorgeous sunrise views over the ocean

Nice and clean, plenty of space for family of 4. The views are the best with a nice porch to sit on for morning coffee and evening wine. House is located off the tourist track which we like. Turn around for car a little tight, but no problem with smaller vehicle. Great water pressure in showers!

My family and I stayed at Casa Liz. It was amazing. We are a family of Portuguese/ Azorean descent. Staying there connected us with our heritage. For us it was more than a vacation. The home was clean. The management company was attentive and responsive. The home met all our expectations and we were sad leaving it. The neighbors are provincial and private “which is good” considering they interact with strangers routinely. Don’t change a thing. Maybe add full television reception. Other than that. Please! PLEASE keep it local for people of Portuguese heritage can enjoy.

A perfect house for great family holidays

We had such a great time there with my wife and kids (6yrs and 8yrs old). The house is really spacious (2 big rooms, including one with an amazing view on the ocean, 2 bathrooms, one main living room and a smaller one, a terrace, etc...), so everyone can have its space! It is located in a small village, in a calm and peaceful environment, close to everything there is to see but not in a touristic hot spot. The house was also really clean and very well equiped. I highly recommend it!

House of light and rainbows

This a beautiful, magical home. We felt absolutely comfortable here, and never tired of the gorgeous views of the sea and surrounding fields. The panoramic window in the bedroom is an absolute delight, and the house is full of beautiful windows to take in the view and the rainbows, which seem to be a regular occurrence. Every detail of the house is carefully attended to. The wood burning stove heats the main space well, and the heaters in the bedroom and downstairs are fantastic, too. Both bathrooms are fantastic, and its excellent to have two of them. The kitchen is spacious and functional, with a good supply of necessary pots, pans, dishes, etc. as well as a great dish washing machine. We loved our time at Casa Luz and could easily have stayed on for a much longer time.

Was für ein schönes Haus....

Ein wundervoll ruhig gelegenes Haus mit einer sehr gut ausgestatteten Küche, einem Schlafzimmer mit Panoramafenster in die Landschaft und einer sehr stimmigen und schönen Ausstattung insgesamt. Auch der Service zum Haus war perfekt. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.
