Apartment 'Stadt-Loft' with Private Terrace, Wi-Fi, and Air Conditioning

Welcome to our lovingly furnished, air-conditioned holiday apartment on the top floor of our townhouse, offering 85 m² of space for four guests. The bedroom features a box-spring bed for two, while the living area has a sofa bed for two more. An additional fold-out reading sofa provides another sleeping option for one person.



The apartment includes a fitted kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, TV, and Wi-Fi. Families will find a baby cot and high chair available.



You can relax on the 20 m² partially covered roof terrace, furnished and equipped with a gas grill—perfect for unwinding.



A parking space is available for you on the enclosed property. Bicycle stands are provided, and a garage space for motorcycles can be arranged upon request and is available for an extra fee. Pets are welcome.



Please note: The apartment is on the second floor and accessible only by stairs (not barrier-free).



The central location offers excellent connections: a tram stop is right outside and can be heard from the apartment. The main train and bus stations, as well as the Harz narrow-gauge railway, are just a two-minute walk away. Bakeries, supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, and a shopping center—whose ventilation system creates background noise—are all nearby.



The location is ideal for trips with the Harz narrow-gauge railway, to Possen leisure park, the Mittelbau-Dora concentration camp memorial, the Nordhausen distillery, or into the Harz mountains.
