This 3-bedroom cottage can sleep 8 guests. It backs up to Ocean View Golf Course and is just one block from public beach access! Also conveniently located TWO BLOCKS from the Ocean View Beach Community Park!!

The space
This open-concept beach house boasts a full kitchen with BRAND NEW stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is open to a full dining room with a table that can seat 6-8 guests.

Dining is open to a large living room with a 65" plasma TV, comfortable seating, and a pull-out couch. Guests can enjoy the sunroom with two sitting chairs and views of the front. This house includes three bedrooms with their own TV's.

The kitchen opens up to a brand new back porch with outdoor seating and a propane grill. PETS ARE ALLOWED! There is a fenced-in backyard for your four-legged friends to roam while you all relax!

There is also a gas grill out back ready for your use!
