This is a 2 Bedroom upstairs unit in our WaterFront Home. One bedroom has a

King size bed. The second bedroom has a full size bed.



We offer a Water front Deck, Charcoal Barbecue Pit and a fenced in lawn for

the little ones to run and play. Parking is right outside your door.



We have hardwood floors, and YES we are pet friendly with a $99 Fee.



There is a smaller one bedroom unit below, but very little is shared as they

all have their own entrances/exits. We have a large fenced in yard for you

little ones to run and play.



We are waterfront, and we do have decks and docks from which you can enjoy the

water and swim, fish and launch boats. We also have a private beach but it can

and will appear during low tide and can disappear during higher tides.



We have High speed WiFi and a large Smart TV. Private parking is just outside

your door.



These units are all brand new and have new appliances. We have just installed

a brand new Central Heat and AC and each unit controls its own temperature.



The full size eat-in kitchen with vinyl flooring will be fully stocked with

everything you may need to cook your meals. We have a full size bathroom with

new tile floors and walls, with a combination bathtub/shower.



We have hardwood floors with a few scattered throw rugs. We have a large

charcoal grill for you to use to cook and grill your RibEye Steaks!



Parking is right outside your door.



This is a residential neighborhood - quiet and respectful and we intend to

keep it this way. We have a fenced in yard for the little ones to run and

play.



This is perfect for a family or small group coming into town for a few months

at a time.



All amenities are accessible for all guests. The outdoor areas, yard and

waterfront deck can be shared with other guests.



Pet Fee is $99 per pet and per stay plus tax and processing fees.



If not disclosed prior to your stay, the pet fee is $300



Pets must be house trained and stay off of bedding and furniture



An Extra Cleaning fee of $99 will be charged to remove pet hair from bedding

or furniture



Extra Charges:



Early Check-In for 1 PM - $75 (if available) Late Check-Out at 1 PM - $75 (if

available)



Normal Check Out is 10 AM. A fee of $45 per hour is charged beginning at

10:05 AM



Cleaners are on a schedule and can not be kept waiting!



This is a Family/Residential unit and area. No loud music or noise. Quiet

hours begin at 9 PM.
