The beds were awful. Very old and had no more support left. Woke up both mornings with really bad back aches. Not sure when they were last purchased but they were not supportive at all.

I always stay at this Hampton Inn location. The staff is wonderful & the pool is always warm for my little granddaughter. Upon checking in, there was a sein at the front desk saying the pool was open, but the heater was broken. I questioned changing my reservation to a different location because we swim so much. Anbritt promptly picked up the phone and made a call, arranging for us to have access to the pool at the Doubletree, which shares the same parking lot. I was so grateful that we did not have to move to a different location. One more reason, we will always stay at the Norfolk Airport Hampton Inn.
