Bed sheets were dirty, heat wasn’t working. Jamal was the only person trying to help me. Had to change rooms. The morning manger a woman was blaming me that I dyed my hair and that’s how the sheets were dirty.

I arrived Friday night early Saturday 3:00 AM,It took a very long time to get checked in my reservation was not correct even though I made it in advance, We went to the room to find it was a king bed and couch, went back downstairs to question and was told did not have 2 queen beds, and I said there aren't any sheets or blankets for the couch, desk person bought the bedding and we had to make bed ourselves, the couch was very uncomfortable, could not sleep,I was also told I would have to go to front desk in AM to check reservation for Saturday evening and requested a additional room. The room for Friday evening ,there was only 1 wash cloth no Kleenex, I was not happy

It was a good price for the size of the room but the door to the bedroom didn’t close probably and there was nothing in the room like pen and paper which you usually find in hotel rooms
