The place was nasty no fridge or microwave TV's didn't work I will never star there again also people fighting all hours of the night I wouldn't even give that place a half star

Booked for non-smoking but given smoking room. So everybody (4 of us) including my 75 mother in law and my 8 yr old daughter complained the whole night. Front desk said booking is not guaranteed!!!!

The floors looked like they never been mopped. Looked like dried blood on The floors, and door frame to the bathroom. Had blood on it, also. Sink clogged, bad.water pressure. Lets just say the mattress pad had ALOT OF NASTY pads
I never received room service or clean linen. No one even knocked on the door to ask.I’m dusty, smell of cigarette smoke and animals but she said she had no other rooms available and all she did was get back on the phone and continue her conversation. There was no microwave, although I paid the extra for the microwave. Was told that you’re not allowed to have any friends or guest to come by at any time you must visit them off the premises. but the person who rented the room. When you try to talk to them about any issues or problems, they talk amongst their selves and act like you’re not standing there. It makes me feel like they’re talking about me when they are being disrespectful and knowing that there’s a language difference. They took my money on the visit for the overnight. Stay that I paid for they . Said that they could not find the reservation that I booked online. The front desk had showed displeasure in my continued use of using discounts or coupons. So unable to see my reservation as they stated they kept my money trying to be understanding and know that sometimes things get mixed up I would just pay for the night again and deal with the transaction with the third-party That I booked with they raise the price of double. I took my belongings Forcing me outside all. I explain that I have chemo every morning that sometimes it takes me a little longer to walk from the back to the office in the morning to pay after my doctors visit. I’ve never been treated like this
Rude , roaches everywhere . Holes in the interior and burns in the bedding . I couldn’t stay here and I lost out on my money I paid for the room . It was that nasty
The room inside was in a state of disrepair with poor wall patches , rusty shower rod , sticky floor. Outside the room , the entire property has not been well kept rusty bannisters, missing paint
Reserved and prepaid for a a single king, when I arrived they never got my reservation but gave me a "complimentary" room which was a double bed room which had mold and the bed sheets we're disgusting. I ended up checking out as fast as possible due to the conditions. Motel 6 refused to refund me due to "never getting the reservation" and Expedia claims its not up to them and that Motel 6 got the money. Just spend the couple of extra bucks and go somewhere safe and clean.
