Viktor was very quick to respond. We had both duplexes with 4 bedrooms, 2 kitchens and 4 bathrooms which was plenty of room. The kitchens had everything we needed. The heating system was excellent. There's plenty of hot water. There's lots of lighting though you have to hunt around to find the light switches. We had some plumbing issues we worked around including a shower faucet that lacked water pressure (luckily there were two faucets in that shower and the other worked well) and both upstairs toilets were not turning off properly unless you jiggled the handle a certain way. Viktor said he'd be fixing them. The gate to the backyard is very difficult to open but we figured out if you center the metal brackets and give it a hard push it opens from the front yard, however from the back yard it is just about impossible to figure out. It is an ideal location just steps away from the beach. We were there during the winter Olympics and it was a nice entertainment to watch them on the big screen tv.
