I had a terrible experience with the night shift customer service at this hotel. The front desk clerks were incredibly rude, sarcastic, and unprofessional, showing no concern for my well-being as a customer. Their nonchalant attitude and eagerness to leave made me feel unwelcome and disregarded. I even took pictures of the two clerks, as I was so taken aback by their behavior. Because of this unacceptable service, I will not be staying at this hotel again.

Everything was fine except the heat wasn’t working properly. The first night I had to get an additional blanket but was still cold and the next 2 nights maintenance said they would have it so that the heat wouldn’t go off but that didn’t work either

there was a noise non stop all night that seemed to come from an adjacent wall. I called the front desk (from my cell phone because the room phone did not work), multiple times to ask them to look into it. They said they will check but nothing was done, and they did not bother contacting me back with an update. When I got outside of the corridor in the morning, I noticed my room was next to the service elevator, which was working all night. I paid for a room, to be up all night due to the terrible noise. The only person that apologized for it was the receptionist upon check out.
