We were disappointed with room condition especially at this price point. We took pictures of our concerns and the staff went out of their way to make our stay better. They didn't have an option to move us to another room but did everything in their power to make us satisfied. I give 5 stars to the staff and 3 stars for the hotel. I'm being generous with 3 stars because of the staff. Probably won't stay again but if you must be at ODU, it is very convenient.

This hotel is dated. The furniture and bathrooms need work. I could have used a handicapped toilet with my bad knees. One of your pictures showed a refrigerator and two glasses, and champagne. I guess our room didn't cut it..

Toilet was for children vice adults and the sink area was in a separate room. Came in late and left early; so, can't comment on the free breakfast. Also, would be nice if on their website or third party write-ups they could state where you can park and what are the daily fees. Seems like hotels in general, like Vegas, have additional add-on that can take you by surprise. I would stay again; but, would ask for another room type.

Ac unit was very noisy and cycled on and off constantly. Woke us up at every cycle and clunked and clanged all night. Street noise was horrendous. Very hard beds
