You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.
Tri - Level Residential Home; Pet Friendly, WiFi, Off street Parking by RedAwning
Just minutes from the Naval Base and Downtown, just a short distance to the
tunnels/bridges, and only a few blocks away from the beach.
This home offers a total of 5 Bedrooms and 2 Full Bathrooms. It is perfect
for multiple families or larger groups in town for work.
It consists of 3 floors and offers Central AC that works well, but will need a
window unit for the upstairs bedrooms in the Summer Months.
The unit has a total of 4 Queen Beds and 4 Twin beds. This home is perfect
for a large group in town to work - perhaps on the new bridges/tunnel project
ongoing. The 4 twin beds in the upstairs can easily be moved to other areas
of the home to accommodate the larger groups.
We do have high speed fiber optic WiFi, and two large 70" Smart TV's along
with a gas fireplace.
The main floor of this home contains the living area, the full size and fully
stocked kitchen, two of the larger bedrooms - each with Queen size beds and
the large living room with fireplace, large 70" Smart TV and large Bay Window.
Also on this floor is a cozy Sun Room just off the back of the house and
overlooking the fully fenced in yard as well as the full size bathroom with
combination shower/tub.
The upstairs, which was formerly the attic of this home, consists of two
bedrooms. Each has two Twin Beds and it is best if anyone staying up here is
less than 6 ft. tall as it has angled ceilings so beware!
These bedrooms, due to the heat, may not be usable in the summer months. It
is part of the central AC system, but not sufficient to cool the "attic" area
during the summer.
In the downstairs or the "basement" area, we have two Queen beds, a laundry
room with a full size W/D, a large 70" TV and a full galley kitchen.
We have room for two vehicles in our driveway as well as additional on-street
parking.
Check Out is 10 AM
A fee of $45 per hour is charged beginning at 10:05 AM - We can not keep the
cleaners waiting. Thank you.
Pet Rules:
Pet Fee is $99 per pet and per stay plus tax and processing fees
All Pets must be house trained and stay off of bedding and furniture
If not disclosed prior to your stay, pet fee is $300
Extra Charges:
Extra fee of $99 if we have to remove pet hair from bedding/ furniture
Early Check-In at 1 PM is $75 (if available)
Late Check-Out at 1 PM is $75 (if available)
