When we flushed the toliet. We had to take the lid off and play with it to get it flushed. The water in sink hardly went down. The neighbors played their tv so loud. It over powered our sound and I contacted front desk. Nothing happen. The floors was so dirty and scratched up. Elevators was so slow. Check in was so slow we about missed our show. I brought This to the hotel and not even a response

I have stayed at the other hotels that are close to Scope/Chrysler Hall…this was the best experience hands down. Although the rooms were average, the staff was amazing! The bar was well stocked and fun! Breakfast was good! They had a menu with Real Food! Usually, we’re mixing peanuts and cheez its from the tiny, front desk corner store…this time-Nachos! Thank you Christina and Debra for a great experience!
