The staff was kind and helpful. However, the shower curtain and tiles were falling out of the wall. The walls were so thin that we were kept up all night by people literally screaming in the hallways and coming in at 3:30 and partying all night. It’s for sure a party hotel and I would not recommend anyone with kids stay here. We were not able to sleep the two nights we stayed which meant my daughter was too tired to enjoy Disney on ice.

Rooms are basic. Uncomfy bed and hot room regardless of what we set thermostat to. Hotel bar closed at 830pm. We should have stayed at Marriot or hilton

It was very strange the way the parking was compared to where the check in was. One-way streets were many. The staff was friendly, and the room was clean. Had a problem with the shower but I managed. The restaurant in the hotel was great. The waitress was very nice and help you with your decisions. I will not stay there again, even though I loved the restaurant.

It was a little bit noisy. The air conditioner was making a noise all night. The people down the hall were playing their music really loud and slamming doors late at night but the establishment was vey nice. I would stay there again perhaps in a different room and floor. The cusservice was stellar.

Yes the shower head was hanging and the water from the shower would not go down. I did not shower because I did not feel safe. The receptionist seemed flustered and made not want to stay there. The hotel is understaffed, unprofessional and not a great place to stay at. I will not be staying there again coming to Cruise out of Norfolj.

The TV in our original room did not work. We voiced it completely did not work and “maintenance” was sent to fix it and could not. They attempted to fix the broken tv for 30-45 minutes before we are offered another room to stay in.
