The room was very clean, and we had the top floor suite. The view was great also but what stood out to us the most was the staff. Everywhere we went, ALL the staff was so over courteous to us. I did not like to have to pay to park I think this is another way that businesses are soaking customers for more money. With what we paid for that room, the parking should have most definitely been included. $30.00 a night to park is over the top. We only stayed there because my wife's company party was there. If not for that, we would have shopped around for a place that does not charge for parking. What are you paying for anyway? They take no responsibility for your vehicle, so what do you get out of a $60.00 charge on top of your other fees they are charging?

I’d seen some pretty mixed opinions about this hotel on different sites, including Google Reviews, so I arrived a bit unsure of what to expect. In the end, it turned out to be a decent place. It’s not super-luxurious and not perfectly clean—small things like a dusty elevator remind you it’s an older property—but nothing critical. I had booked a room with an ocean view, and only the next day I realized I’d been given a room with just a partial view. I checked in late and didn’t really have the energy to ask for a change, but if I had noticed earlier, I probably would have requested the correct room. One thing that was important to me: the hotel returned my deposit without any issues, and there were no unexpected charges beyond what was originally stated. Overall, I had a good stay. The location was the main reason I chose this hotel—walking distance to the National Park, a quiet atmosphere, and easy access to the beach right from the property. During my five-night stay, everything worked as expected, and there were no unpleasant surprises. It’s not a new hotel, but everything functioned as advertised, and my stay was comfortable.

Staff friendly, clean room, eat at TIDES Coastal Kitchen at Hotel and it was delicious. I love the fact there was a restaurant on premises, and place to get Starbucks. Very convenient you have the beach restaurants, a nice place to stay. I would definitely stay here again.
