This isn’t your average group rental, it’s four entertainment zones under one roof. The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Don't put any plates, cups, or utensils used back in the cabinets. Please leave them in the sink or dishwasher.
Hot Tub: please replace the cover securely and ensure the jets, lights, and heat are turned off.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We are surrounded by neighbors so we would greatly appreciate if you could keep the noise down past 10 pm with loud music or disturbances. No parties.
No shoes inside the house. However, house slippers are fine.
No eating in the bedroom. Smoking is only permitted in the backyard. Please do not smoke inside the home. Cigarette butts should be disposed properly.
