Perfect for our Memorial Day family reunion - especially with the pool heated to 85 degrees!! Well worth the extra . Big sofa and great TV for watching the game (Go Thunder!), lots of table area for eating/playing games, and super comfy beds - LOVE those mattress toppers!! We didn’t use the outside TV/stereo, but we loved sitting out there watching the kids in the pool, and the dogs loved the backyard. We had 7 people and 2 dogs staying in the house and could have slept several more people if we put kids on sofas or the blow-up mattresses that are mentioned in the listing. We hosted our 20-person family reunion and never felt crowded, but we were grateful for space to park the cars in the garage and driveway without needing any street parking - sounds like neighbors may get cranky sometimes. We had no problems, so all good! Super quiet neighborhood with walking path around a couple of nearby ponds - we loved it!!
