The staff were helpful and informative. The view from the executive cabin overlooking the ocean was fantastic with a two minute walk to the beach. The cabin was clean well appointed and we were lucky enough to be able to see dolphins in the ocean.

Cabin was booked and premium paid for with a Sea view as per receipt. The cabin supplied was for a river view, very disappointing. Reception at Big 4 Park offered no assistance or compensation, just blamed Hotels.com even though our receipt showed a sea view. Have not been able to get any assistance from Hotels.com for compensation at this time.
