Your own beach is just a stone's throw from the house. A rowing boat is also available here. The lake and the river Lögdeälven offer excellent fishing opportunities for perch and pike. Look forward to a refreshing swim in the crystal-clear water on warm days and enjoy the idyllic setting with a picnic by the lakeside.



You can also go canoeing on the Öreälven river, explore the impressive Hällristningar rock carvings and visit the nearby Älgpark. The coastal town of Umeå with its cultural highlights and charming cafés is well worth a day trip.
