Hotel was great for business stay, located across the road from the train station so super handy commuting from Stockholm Arlanda Airport. Even though my window was facing the park and main road you couldn’t hear any outside noise.

Helpful staff, good location, renovated room. Spa was comfy and access to balcony was a perfect way to cool down after enjoying sauna. And yes, you can throw löyly in this sauna!

Good shortstay

Parking could be more easily accessible, but then again, I should’ve checked with hotel in advance prior to arriving. Easy check-in, friendly staff. Breakfast ok, but nothing extra special.

Kanon hotell!!

Det här var första gången vi bodde på Scandic Strömmen och det visade sig vara ett utmärkt val. Personalen som tog emot oss i receptionen var supertrevliga och hjälpsamma. I receptionen laddar du på ditt kort (kortet in till ditt rum) till spa avdelningen och får extra handdukar att använda där. Trevligt att de också hade kvar badrockar i superior rummen, då en del Scandic hotell tagit bort dessa. Spa avdelningen var relativt liten, men hade en bastu, inomhus pool och utomhus pool. Båda poolerna var ca 2x2 meter, inte så stora om man har barn med sig, men upplevelsen blev kanon iallafall. Det man önskar på spa avdelningen är att det skulle finnas någonstans att hänga upp handdukar och kläder, då det inte finns låsbara skåp eller liknande. Finns ingenstans att lägga kläder och dylikt, så ta med så lite saker som möjligt dit. Vi åt på hotellets restaurang på kvällen och jag säger bara ”wow”!! Vilken fantastisk personal där också. Så underbara med barnen, tillmötesgående och gav allt för att vår middag skulle bli perfekt. Barnen hade köttfärssås och spagetti och pannkakor i barn buffén, men där ingick även hamburgare, som de gjorde i ordning eftersom. God mat även till de vuxna. Frukosten var fantastisk, mycket att välja på. Lekrummet var ok. Där fanns stora kuddar att bygga med. Vid ett bord vid receptionen fanns papper och kritor och man kunde även gå på en frågerunda. Flerfamiljsrummen är ganska små medan superior rummen är väl tilltagna.
