Former farmhouse renovated into two adjoining gîtes (sleeps 11), located in the quiet countryside, 5 km from the Nantes-Brest Canal, 20 km from Lake Vioreau, 35 km from Ancenis, and 40 km from Nantes (accessible by tram/train from Nort-sur-Erdre station).
Private parking on the property.
Private 90 m² unenclosed terrace (facing south/west) with unobstructed views of the surrounding countryside.
Ground floor: Separate fitted kitchen opening onto the living room, 1 bedroom (two twin beds), shower room, separate toilet, and laundry room.
Upstairs: 2 attic bedrooms (one with two twin beds, the other with one twin bed) and shower room/toilet.
Amenities included: baby cot/high chair, tumble dryer, Wi-Fi.
Included: sheets (beds made upon arrival).
Not included: electricity, electric heating, towels, end-of-stay cleaning, and tourist tax.
