We were staying in N. Adams for an event at MassMOCA. This property was in walking distance. The STEEP hill on the way home provided some nice exercise.This property is in a neighborhood that consists almost exclusively of houses that either need a great deal of care or that are currently being renovated. This place is the former.We were lucky enough to be there when the summer weather wasn't hot. As such were happy to not feel the need to run the AC. Unfortunatley our neighbors were loud and we were forced to close things up to sleep. One of the room air conditioners showed a lot of mold on the vents so we opted to use the other one in the other room instead.The bath was recently re-done. It was small but nice. The kitchen had enough room. Most everything worked so the little bits of meal prep we did there were fine. It had enough tools and utensils for us to be comfortable. There was a nice outdoor grill. Even a meat grinder. There was an enclosed porch that served as both porch and dining room. While it smelled musty upon our arrival, opening the place up helped to clear that out. We spent some nice time out there.
