It will be easy to go into holiday mode in this impressive contemporary holiday home nestled in beautiful North Arm Cove with stunning ocean views.
107 Promontory is the perfect weekend entertainer, a large open plan living space, modern kitchen with standalone island flow seamlessly onto a beautiful deck furnished with luxurious outdoor seating and 4x burner BBQ. The view from the deck is simply breathtaking and there is no better place to sit back, relax and take in the magical sunsets offered by this amazing property.
The holiday home consists of 3 bedrooms:
- Master suite with stunning views of the bay, a king size bed and a luxurious ensuite
- Spacious guest bedroom with queen bed and built in wardrobes
- Children's bedroom or a family room. This room has a queen size bed, themed children's bunk bed (king single beds) and built in wardrobes

The amenities are exactly as described so you just need yourselves, a change of clothes, you swimmers and/your walking shoes if you fancy some exercise. Living in the heart of Sydney the trip up the freeway is only 2.5 hours door to door making this a great getaway weekender. Many thanks to Nicola and the team”

Every detail has been thought of to ensure you have the best stay & definitely feels like a home away from home with added luxuries. It’s our favourite place, would 100% recommend. Our 3 night stay here with family visiting from the UK was definitely the highlight of our time together as we were able to taken them away from the hustle & bustle of Sydney to experience a different side to Australia. Perfect for anyone wanting to get away for the weekend or longer with family or friends”

“Gorgeous house in an ideal getaway setting. This place was lovely, so spacious, clean and gives a feeling of modern luxury. Being right on the water, we made the most of the views, kayaking, paddle Boarding and just wading in and out of the water. It was so easy to loose track of time. We have small kids too and the house was perfect for them. The water is often still so it was stress free having the little kids play in the water. The house has everything you need to feel at home but to also feel disconnected. A great ‘reset’ button kind of holiday”
