Main bedroom with king size bed, ensuite and amazing views on entry level, as is Bedroom 4 which has 1 queen and 2 long single beds. Upstairs is another master bedroom with
king size bed and ensuite. Also on this level is Bedroom two which has king size bed, and Bedroom 3 has a king size bed with lounge area and balcony. Cot available (please
provide own linen for cot).
The large lounge room is situated at the front of the house opens onto the deck to capture the full view. The kitchen is in the centre of the house and has everything that is
needed - microwave, dishwasher etc.

North Avoca Beachfront

The house has an excellent location right on the beach. All bedrooms are generous in size with all the amenities you need for a great family holiday.
