The location of this property is excellent and definitely its biggest advantage. It’s conveniently situated with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, shops, and transportation, making it a great base for exploring the area. Unfortunately, the interior of the property needs significant improvements. The bathroom feels outdated and could benefit from a thorough renovation, including better fixtures, improved ventilation, and overall maintenance. The kitchen also requires attention, as several appliances, and work surfaces appear worn and could be upgraded to make the space more functional and inviting. The electrical fittings need inspection and maintenance. Some switches and outlets seem old, and better lighting throughout the property would greatly improve the overall experience. The flooring is another area that needs improvement, as it appears aged and uneven in places, affecting both comfort and the overall appearance of the home. While the property’s location makes it appealing, the condition of the interior does not currently match the expectations set by the listing. With renovations to the bathroom, kitchen, electrical fixtures, and flooring, this could become an excellent place to stay. Until then, guests should be aware that the accommodation offers a fantastic location but falls short in terms of comfort and upkeep.
