Bed bugs!

My husband and his work partner stayed this hotel for their important business trip. And middle of night my husband woke up due to bed bugs and bites. He had no sleep at all which influenced his important business meeting next day. He talked to the front desk when he was checking out and got refunded for the room. However all the hassle and impact that cause him and the purpose of trip we would ask the Hotels.com for compensation. We specifically chose this hotel than others even this hotel was expensive than others because we wanted to have a good night sleep and good rest priot to the business meeting.....and couldn't happen....

Best hotel ever!

Best breakfast ever ! Fresh and lots of choices. Pancakes, 4 coffees, bacon , fresh sausage, eggs so fresh, potatoes to crisp and done well, juice so fresh. Great staff to feed a crew full!
