Only complaint I would have is the door to the room looked like it was open and didn’t seal well. This resulted in hearing people in the halls very clearly.

Toilet was very wobbly, wallpaper was stapled to the wall, black makeup on pillows, staff was friendly upon arrival. Smallest amount of shampoo and conditioner, not enough if you have thick hair. Pillows were comfortable.

Good clean hotel.

The room was clean and everything about the room was fine. A couple of minor points- Breakfast was ok but the plastic cutlery was so thin the knife wouldn’t cut the waffle & the fork holding it bent in 2. Please invest in some decent cutlery for your guests. There was no decaf coffee available at breakfast.

Evening staff was rude and not accommodating to a group which purchased 16+ rooms. In addition, tub drainage was very slow and black mold above the shower. Unfortunately no picture was taken.
