The pool was literally slimy. I’m not sure the last time it was vacuumed or the walls were cleaned. We did see someone come with a tester for the water, but nothing else. Clearly the pool chemicals were not being balanced appropriately. We stayed three nights and had zero maid service - not even fresh towels placed. The lady at the front desk was very courteous and helpful. She called to see if I was happy with my room and to not hesitate if I needed anything. The room was clean and tidy. I had a very good night’s rest, the bed was comfortable and the room was very quiet.

Good night in north bay

The staff especially Abigail are fantastic the room was okay bed comfy . It had avfew things not great like one completely not covered electrical outlet and the taps on the jacussi tub are both stripped and come right off.
