This hotel has very few handicap spots and is a nightmare to get into. Access is through the Shoppers drug mart parking lot unless you come in the east bound lanes, which makes no sense.

Dogs,cats and a rabbit in cage in the lobby

The only problem with this hotel are the amount of dogs cats and even rabbits being allowed to stay overnight in the rooms. I am severely allergic to animals dander and therefore would be unable to stay at this hotel again

Beds are soft and jet tub was leaking from faucet and cold water tap wouldn’t fully shut off. Bathroom shower stall had images on glass that showed when steamed up

Bed super comfy but when I looked under the bed it was obvious it wasn’t cleaned in a while. The outside of the windows are filthy but other than that this place is amazing. We will be staying here from now on when we visit North bay
