Advertised a pool and a hot tub ,hot tub non existent , and pool has been out of commission for years by the looks of it . Staff was not knowledgeable about contentental breakfast , it was very poor .Air conditioner did not keep up with the heat and it was not very hot out . We do not recomend staying here

location was okay. But the first room that was given to us #126 was dirty and needed a lot of repairs. after talking to other receptionist we were given another room on main floor that was much better.

Website said pet friendly but it’s only in select rooms which was not mentioned. The only room available once they found out we had a dog was two queens not one king bed. The door to the bathroom did not close properly and it was so close to the toilet that you had to stand with your legs touching the toilet bowl to open it close the door. The note pad in the room was already written on so what else was not replaced or cleaned from the last person? The tv channels were all poor reception (snow/distortion). Customer service at check in was terrible.

Déception

Les photos datent de très longtemps , l’hôtel est presqu’abandonner , piscine fermée , les animaux sont permis : 3 gros chiens dans une chambre , il y a des limites non? Ils ont aboyés pendant 1 heure sous notre chambre , Hotel très bruyants , de 3:00 à 4:00 am des gens au-dessus de nous on brassé les meubles et parler fort , matelas scrap , odeur de pipi de chat dans les couloirs , au déjeuner le yogourt était congelé , 3 ou 4 tables pour s ‘asseoir seulement sinon des divans collants , ils devraient fermer cet hôtel !! Un peu insalubre !!!
