Guests have full private access to the guesthouse, including its dedicated gate and entryway. A large privacy gate separates the guesthouse from the main residence, allowing both to feel like completely independent homes within the Tide & Timber Compound.

The only shared feature is the lakefront and dock, though each home has its own private trail access, ensuring plenty of space and privacy for all guests.

ℹ️ Other Things to Note!!

Our guesthouse comfortably welcomes up to 6 guests, though that includes the ladder-access loft, which sleeps two. It’s most comfortable for 4 adults, but if you have kids—or a couple of adventurous adults—the loft is a cozy little spot to settle in. Please follow the posted ladder instructions for safe use.

This home is completely private, featuring its own gated entrance, driveway, and access—separate from the Octagon House within the Tide & Timber Compound.

Guests enjoy lake access, firepit, and kayaks shared only with the main home, though each property has its own private trail leading to the waterfront and dock.

Please remember to bring your own fishing gear if you plan to cast a line, and by confirming your stay, you agree to use all water equipment at your own discretion and responsibility.

This guesthouse offers its guests barbecue grills and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
