Clean place not so good neighborhood

We booked this place because of the price and convenience to the Charleston area. As soon as we turned in the driveway there were people walking all around the house and sitting outside in groups playing cards and watching us unload. Sketchy feel. We couldn’t get the door to work (our fault) and I called the property owner. She was VERY NICE and understanding of our mistake. The inside of the house is very clean and comfortable.
