-About this space-
Enjoy a dedicated experience at this centrally located home. This fully renovated unit is across the street from a small, quiet park & is only 3 blocks from dozens of Park Circle restaurants, bars & shops. The home is in walking distance of Riverfront Park, Holy City Brewing, Firefly Distillery, Commonhouse Aleworks and COAST Brewing Co. to name a few. The home is ~10 minutes by car to the airport, the N. Charleston Coliseum & Credit One Stadium (Daniel Island). ~30 min. drive to the beaches!

The space is cozy, eclectic, fun and makes anyone feel right at home. We hear this weekly about the unit and are proud to have a space others feel instantly comfortable in. The entire unit was renovated and prepared for the specific purpose of being a short-term rental so it has just about everything one could need on a trip to the coast of South Carolina. We think you will love it!

Guests will have access to the entire UNIT B of the property as well as the connected parking spaces and backyard for that unit. My wife and I work out of town quite a bit, but UNIT A is where we call home.

Very clean n comfortable

We enjoyed our stay very much. I liked how all drawers had notes outside of them so you could see what was in the drawer. It was very clean the beds were very clean n tight fitting sheets! Would definitely stay again.

Cozy Getaway

The home was very clean and extremely well organized. The instruction manual and the recommendations for local activities and food was just an extra cherry on top! It was a perfect getaway for my group of friends to relax after while being close to Downtown!

Cute and convenient!

Cute place for a small family or couple. Walking distance to most Park Circle restaurants and bars. The hosts were great to communicate with and it was fully stocked fornour stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything we needed

On a road trip with my sister we stayed 2 nights at this lovely place. We had been driving all day and were exhausted but it all worked out perfect when we arrived at this little oasis from the road. The place had everything we could have possibly needed. It was clean and filled with cute decorations and very handy items. The cupboards in the kitchen were filled with anything you would need to cook a great meal. The beds were very comfy, there were plenty of linens, blankets and pillows, there were even toiletries in case you forgot something, charging devices at bedside, guide books for the area, plenty of suggestions for food posted on a bulletin board. The location was perfect. Very easy to find, a very short walk to restaurants bars and nightlife yet nestled in a very quiet little neighborhood. We decided to leave our car at the house and Uber to the historic part of Charleston so there would not be any hassle with parking. Do not hesitate to book a stay, we are already considering booking again later this summer on our way back from our road-trip. I forgot to mention how happy our dog was to have a small fenced backyard and a lovely little park across the street with dog clean up stations.

Steps to so many things!

This quaint duplex is perfectly situated close to everything, yet feels like you are near nothing. (Perfect getaway) Home was neat and clean with plenty of home away from home details. We would certainly visit again!

Overnight stay for concert at Charleston Music Hall

The rental property was well kept and everything worked properly. It would have been nice to have 2 bathrooms, since there were 3 of us, but we got by okay with just 1. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe, with numerous dining options close by. I wished it had a picnic table or some patio chairs in the back yard, especially if we return some time for more than a one night stay. Overall, it was a good value and I would definitely recommend it to friends.
