Adorable, fully renovated 1940s cottage that is centrally located near everything the charleston area has to offer. 2 bedrooms furnished with 2 king beds and each with their own closets. Separate office/nook area is furnished with a desk, twin day bed, smart TV flat screen, and small bar area overlooking the kitchen. Kitchen comes fully equipped with: microwave, full size fridge,ice maker, oven. keurig (can make full pot or single cups), and all cookware. The living room has a flat screen TV, plenty of space, and a large comfy couch ( pullout) - allowing guests up to 4 separate sleeping areas, if they choose. High speed WiFi. Fully fenced Back yard. Front porch and side patio both with seating areas. Exterior protected by video system monitoring for added assurance.

Our boutique bungalow is convienentely located minutes from trident, Boeing, MUSC, st francis hospital and roper hospital, Charleston southern university, the airbase, North Charleston coliseum, tanger outlets, park circle, riverfrontt park, firefly museum, college of Charleston, SC aquarium, Top Golf, and performing arts center. 7 min drive to the heart of downtown Charleston - and even less to the North Charleston amenities. You can choose your beach- cottage is centrally located between all of them! Each beach is 30 min, or less, to Sullivan’s island, isle of palms, or folly beach! 5-10min drive to the airport. ENJOY!


Handicap friendly property with no steps once inside the home, wide entrances, bathroom accommodations, great parking, and portable ramp can be made available to navigate the few steps to get inside the cottage. Pets considered on a case by case basis.
