This property was so bad that I didn't even stay, which is the first time in my life I've ever done that, and I travel a lot. I got into my room and found three bags of someone's laundry. I went to the front desk and reported this. They seemed non-plussed, and gave me a new room. How this property has not been padlocked by the local authorities a long time ago is a mystery. The smoke alarms are deactivated, the rooms unclean, etc. I had to laugh at the sign in the office that said "abslutely no visitors allowed" - every hooker and dealer in town was there just hanging out. And that was during the DAY. I can just imagine the party that gets going after dark. It was a non-refundable reservation, but I didn't care. Take my money, I'm out of here. I sat on the bed, got out my phone and made a new reservation at the Red Roof Inn just up the road. As I headed out of my room, one of the dozens of miscreants who had been loitering (near one of the "no loitering" signs, of course) asked me "Hey, are you leaving?" Why do you wanna know that, pal?

Had to keep getting my key cards reset so I could get back into my room. Vending machines worked half-assed. Seemed like a lot of drug activity and there was even a shooting. Maid only came every other day to ask if I needed something. Not enough towels and no hand towels.

Easily the worst place I’ve ever stayed in my entire life. The room on the first floor WREAKED of cigarette smoke. Completely coated and damp and humid inside. There was no trash can. The bathroom was stained and highly damaged looking. The woman who checked me in behind the glass in the scary room with vagrants outside had snot all over her face. I paid $75 to stay here and there multiple homeless on the property walking around and sitting outside the units clearly on drugs. This hotel has had deaths in it recently from drug overdose. I also saw what appeared to be prostitution operating from a unit. VERY SCARY. There was also screaming in Spanish in the unit next to mine and someone knocked on my door and I couldn’t see who it was because the glass peephole was broken. DO NOT STAY HERE.

I didn't like to be greeted by a dirty room without towels or supplies, dirty floors & I had to complain to management to get it clean, also too much noise at night when trying to rest, not sure of returning.

Horrible place!!

This hotel is definitely a you get what you pay for type of place. We stayed here a week because we were desperate and I will never stay again. First room that put us in was terrible. Unknown substances in curtains, bed sheets, walls. Shower head was duck taped together, doors and walls had holes in them, hair that was not ours in shower and sink. Tv was shattered and the ac did not blow. We changed rooms and it was not much better but tv and ac worked. We saw drug deals, prostitution, heard gun shots and dealt with dozens of homeless living in grass behind building and hanging out at hotel.

I checked in, ran to Walmart and checked out as soon as I got back. The place was filthy, staff was unprofessional, and all kinds of people hanging outside smoking weed. I ended up not even staying there and went across the street to the Hampton Inn. I tried to request a refund but this site says the room was a non-refundable room.

Property is in a rough section of town but like any business they are doing business..fair pricing and room cleaning was waiting for me to leave in am so that shows they r on it. This is a lower end place but place reflects that which is fair. If u need a quick bed sleep n shower it's fine just be safe n know what u r getting

Fist off the room air conditioner didnt work, tv didnt work no towels or pillows on bed. Turn lights and roaches everywhere. People knocking on room door all night. Got moved to another room and same things. Reaches. This place needs to be shut down. Very unprofessional people working there.

Be careful coming to stay here. Lots of homeless, drug dealers, and prostitution. My second night that I stayed in this hotel, there were three gun shots, and about 25 people fighting and arguing in their parking lot. There was also school resource officers and police driving through looking for a number of children that should be in school and are not.
