No remote or room phone. Sub-par quality towels. Room was musty, fridge was musty. I woke up feeling awful because of it.
Roach central. Had to be moved after seeing at least ten roaches in this first room, on the walls, on the BED… the house keeping lady was so rude. There was a miscommunication between the front desk and her (not her fault, not even mad about that bit, it happens) about us checking out late but she was furious we’d be given a late checkout and when we told her that after she let herself into our room, she started cussing and slammed our door so hard walking out. We did speak with the manager when we left and he was extremely apologetic, he’s just taken over the hotel because of the known issues there. It seems like they’re trying to fix it but I won’t stay again. Worst experience in a hotel if my life and I genuinely wish the new GM the best of luck turning this place around. He’s got a hard job ahead of him and seems like he really cares. He was the only good thing about the stay.
