Welcome to our very own Southern Bell Sanctuary! Situated on a corner lot, the entire home is one-level and has been COMPLETELY renovated top to bottom! Ideal for groups of 6-7 guests.. 3 bedrooms + 2 full baths, Fully Fenced Private backyard.

There is a renovated en-suite off the main bedroom with a king bed. The other 2 bedrooms (1 king & 1 Queen) share a full bath, completely renovated that also includes a bath tub.

Bring your boat! The Double paved driveway can fit 4-6 cars (depending on size), or 2-3 cars + boat.

Whether you are here to relax or work... The entire home is equipped with high speed Wi-Fi, smart-home features, and has a designated work space that includes a printer.

The open floor plan is airy, relaxing & offers plenty of comfortable seating! The kitchen island offers 3 barstools, plus a separate dining table that seats 5-6. Make yourselves at home and Enjoy our FULLY equipped kitchen that includes high-end, stainless steel appliances. Coffee Lovers: You have your choice - use the Keurig or the 10 cup, Commercial Coffee maker!

Each bedroom has a TV, Closet, and dresser. The Primary bedroom has a king bed + en-suite. Bedroom 2 has a king bed, and bedroom 3 has a Full bed + an extra twin pull out to use if needed!

Guests have access to: The entire property (minus the garage which is used as an owner closest), private fully fenced in back-yard with outdoor hangout space and neighborhood boat landing. The access is a short 5 minute walk/ bike ride from the home. Bring your own kayak and/ or paddle boards or we are happy to provide info for rentals.

Note: This home is slightly elevated, with 4 stairs to enter.


** We understand accidents happen but PLEASE be mindful of:

1.) Any excessive pet dander or damages caused by your pet will warrant an additional charge.
*Please Pick up dog poop & put in outdoor trash.*
*Please use grey sheet/ pet towels to cover furniture*

2.) Excessive makeup, Body Self-Tanners, food spills, and other potential causes of staining when using our towels and linens will result in an additional charge.

3.) Any furniture and rug stains that need professional cleaning and/ or replacement will be at the cost of guest.


If a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Charleston County is given during the dates of your stay, The Owner/Host or the Property Management Company shall refund 100% of all deposits, payments and/or monies paid by the traveler within 72 hours. Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no further liability with respect to the Reservation. Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler’s group) from getting to Charleston, a refund will not be issued and, Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.

No Smoking Allowed. Violators will be fined a minimum of $250 for in-room smoke damages. Smoking is ONLY permitted outside of the property, but please try to keep at least 10 feet from the doors to keep smoke from trailing inside. NO LITTERING!

Firearms are not allowed in any of our private residences. Any firearms left behind at a property will be turned over to local police without notice to guest.

This is a licensed and legal Short Term Rental. Neighborhood quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. If violated the city will issue a $1047 fine. Guests are also responsible for following the City of North Charleston's Ordinance rules.

The city’s noise ordinance dictates quiet hours between 10pm - 8am.

Please use painter's tape if you plan on using tape to decorate for an event. If the wall is damaged due to tape removal or decorations, you will have to pay $500 for repainting.
