The complimentary access to Paradiso includes the pool, gym, and co-working space. With access you can book available wellness classes, enjoy the dining options, book poolside cabanas, attend social events, and live music. There are fees associated with special events, cabanas, and wellness classes.

Our team is dedicated to ensuring you have everything you need to make the most of your stay in our beloved city. When you make a reservation, you'll receive a wealth of resources, such as guidebooks and dining suggestions, as well as exclusive discounts at various local businesses.

Two weeks before your reservation date, all guests of The Boroughs will be provided with a one-pager that includes information on access to Paradiso.

I will be available for whatever you may need as I live very close to the property. I will very likely be in the Charleston area as well, but it not, I can still provide guidance or recommendations for activities you may be interested in.

Charleston does have quite a few bugs, we have a professional pest control company service the house every month. Every effort is made to present a clean home at Check-In. To minimize the impact of bugs on your vacation, keep doors/windows closed, food wrapped and store it in the refrigerator.
No commercial photography and filming allowed.
Cars can only be parked in the driveway, not blocking the sidewalk, no street parking available per city ordinance. Cars parked on the street may be ticketed or towed. 

This apartment offers its guests a fitness center and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.

This North Charleston apartment is smoke free.
