The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and modern home-- stay at the Mossy Oak House to make your Charleston memories!

Guests may access the full property inside and outside, apart from a small owner`s closet in the living room, kept locked.

In your booking confirmation message we will send you a link to your guest portal and to the owners’ guest agreement, which is to be signed in order to receive the access details for the property. It is important that you carefully read and understand these terms before signing the agreement.

If an undisclosed pet is found on the property, a $200.00 fine will be charged to the card on file. For homes listed as pet-friendly, up to 2 dogs are allowed per reservation, subject to approval by the host. We want all guests have a relaxing and enjoyable stay worry-free, so we do not have specific rules when it comes to trash, laundry, dishes, checkout instructions--we kindly ask that guests keep those items tidy within reason.

There is no smoking allowed inside of the home or on the premises. ($250 Cleaning and Deodorizing fee if smoke is detected in the home, and additional cleaning fee of $100 if smoking-related trash outside is left behind by guest.

$200 Cleaning and Deodorizing Fee if unauthorized pets are detected in the home, in addition to the property’s standard fee of $45 per pet per night.

$200 Undisclosed Guest Fee for each person staying at the home that exceeds the guest list from the reservation made by the guest.

All events and photography shoots held must be announced before reservation and permitted by the host. $200 fee assessed to guest for undisclosed guests on the property. Host reserves right to require a security deposit when deemed necessary.

Home Away from Home

The whole process from booking and communication with host was amazing. The house itself far exceeded our expectations. All the luxury of a high class hotel with the comfort of home. Space for everyone to enjoy. Our host communicated with us when we reached out with recommendations on local places to visit even with a car repair shop when we had issues with a vehicle on the drive down. 10/10 highly recommend. Will look to book again next year.
