Large comfy room and helpful staff. Modern style furnishings and we liked being able to swivel the big screen toward the couch by the window. We are tired after some hiking and using the workout room so we went across the street to an Indian place for take out. Very tasty.

We did not have breakfast there, it was a bit pricey. Hotel was located in a great spot to all things. The only real negative is the noise in the hall is heard in the room quiet clearly but that's hard to control, I am sure. We would definitely consider staying there again.

This is a great Property in North Conway. Close to all the shops and restaurants in town. The Hotel is really great and the Rooms are very clean, modern and spacious. We had a great stay and will definitely stay again.

The front desk did not share the WIFI password or the TV channel guide (which was printed). Everything is kept in worn folders on the desk. The TV did not work on our first night. The second day the manager, Kim, came to our room and found that the remote was not charged. It has to be left face down in order to charge by light. Who Knew????? (Kim was very helpful and doing her best) I signed papers saying that I wanted the room cleaned every night. It was not done. The restaurant closed for breakfast at 9:30 - there was not a posting of times. The second night we planned to have a small dinner at the restaurant, only to find that it was unexpectedly closed that night. The room was modern, roomy, comfortable beds, large bathroom. The pool was clean and functional.

1st time there and we really enjoyed it. Would be good to have menus in room somewhere because we were curious about onsite food but opted to eat out instead With a child i didnt wamt to go sit down and find out there wasnt an option for her due to allergies but the place was great
