Staff were very nice and check-in was smooth and very quick. Room was extremely clean. The free breakfast was decent and had a nice variety of food to choose from, including cooking your own waffles. The area received a few inches of snow overnight and the the parking area was plowed quite early, making it easy to leave when I checked out. The location is great, minutes away from Settler's Green and other shopping, and North Conway village.

The hotel was perfect for the Holiday season. I came up north with my littles to do the Journey to the North Pole. When we arrived at the hotel. It was all decorated and so festive and cozy.! Hot soup by the fireplace in the afternoon.. was a nice touch! The pool was awesome..! We swam everyday! The breakfast was AMAZING..!! Make your own waffles, the kids were excited to cook!!! Great selection and options to appeal to all appetites. Rooms were clean, and cozy.!!! We had a wonderful stay here.. AND… we will be back.!!!!! Thank you for making this trip memorable and special!!!
